Go to the "Bots" panel, where you manage your bots. Click on the three dots and find the tab "Logs".
On the page, you will see a list of events or records. These records may include information about bot actions, errors, or other important events. Use filters for convenient identification of specific events.
You can also copy information about a specific issue and paste it into a message to the support service.
If you have questions or issues you'd like to report to customer support, go to the "Messages" section in the bottom right corner. Fill out the form with details about your issue. Click the "Submit" button to send your request to customer support.
